It's so hard to find a really unique gift isn't it?When Christmas comes around, or other special occasions like Christenings, Weddings etc or you are searching for a really special item to give someone as a reward, or a token of thanks, where do you start?Why not think about a useful item that has been personalised just for the person you are buying for?The idea came to me when I was trying to find something my girls would like for "Stocking Presents" for Christmas. They were very sweet, but it occured to me that I was always quite good at Art, had nice handwriting and was probably, given the raw materials, more than capable of producing similar items with my own designs.With the help of a friend who used to manage a well known chain of stores that sell Hair Accessories (I'm sure you know which one I mean) I was able to source some good quality wooden hairbrushes, and, after much practise and plenty of time spent working on an easily re-producable design or two I hit on just the right mixture.

You may have read previous reveiws on here of fake trainers and this is written as a helpful addition to said reveiws. My experience of working as a manager of a footlocker for four and a half years is what has helped me to spot fakes. Firstly though,the one thing that can help you spot fakes is the price! If its too good to be true then then they are fake! Not to put anyone of or anything but 95% of what is sold on ebay is fake. That is isnt to say "do not trust ebay",they are a multi national company but can not possibly monitor every sale on its sight, but in my case i have brought in the region of 10-15 pairs from ebay most of them fake. On several occasions I have often turned to Ebay in order to purchase Clinique Male Skincare Products - and sadly I cannot belive my eyes. I am a good ebayer seller and always purchase my products from a UK licensed Pharmaceutical Wholesaler therefore, I am usually quite good at spotting what is a good or a bad product. Sadly with Clinique products I dont always get them at a good price and they are often not in stock therefore this is the only reason I would generally turn to Ebay to try and the get the product I need at a good price. After all there are many many great sellers trying to earn an honest living as am I. Fortunately, when I started my business I investigated importing goods from the States and although many sellers are getting there goods in from there I can only assume that they are not paying too much attention to the Rules and Regulations set out by the Department of Trade and Industry. Basically any person who sources products from anywhere outside the Eurpean Union must employ a pharmacist to test each a product from each batch before selling it. If they dont and they are investigated and found to be guilty of non testing will be fined upto

own natural hair, giving it added volume and length, even changing its
style. Extensions can be real or synthetic. The most expensive and most
natural looking extensions are made from human hair. Other alternatives
are animal hair, treated human hair, and synthetic fibers.
Hair extensions are available in many different colors, textures,
styles, and lengths. "A skilled stylist can choose hair extensions that
are virtually indistinguishable from your own hair."
There are a variety of methods to attach hair extensions. The type and
style of hair selected can be a determining factor in how they are
attached. Human and synthetic hair can be attached strand by strand or
in wefts. A strand of hair would be considered to be 30 or so pieces of
hair. A weft is a section of hair that is attached together at the top.
The weft is typical sewn or bonded in to the natural hair. Other
innovative methods include fusion, bonding, locs, clamps, using string
and more.
If you decide to get hair extensions, you should schedule a hair
extension consulation with a hair stylist for more information. Many
hairstylists will offer a consultation for free, while others may
charge a nominal fee that can be applied to the cost of getting the
hair extensions.
There are 5 basic things that the hairstylist should do during the hair extension consultation:
1. The hairstylist should analyse the overall condition of your natural
hair and scalp. Hair must be strong and healthy to hold the attachment
of extension hair in place for up to 3-month period of time. If you can
easily pull out one strand of your hair, your hair may not be strong
enough to hold extensions. The stylist may put in a test extension so
that you can get an ideal of what they will be like.
2. The stylist should look closely at the first 2-4 inches of your
natural hair since this is where the extensions will be secured. If
your hair is damaged or brittle hair in this area, the extensions may
not turn out very well and even may cause permanent damage to your
natural hair.
3. The stylist will determine if your hair is normal, fine, coarse, dry
or greasy. If a client has excessively greasy hair that necessitates
shampooing daily, there are certain hair extension methods that will
not work. The oil in the natural hair can break down some bonds in the
extensions and cause them to slip out. There have been a few hair
extension methods developed recently that will accommodate excessively
oily hair.
4. The stylist will determine the length, color and style that you
desire and whether you are interested in human or synthetic hair.

The xp-AntiSpy is a little utility that lets you disable some built-in update and authentication 'features' in WindowsXP.
For example, there's a service running in the background which is called 'Automatic Updates'. I don't know what this service transfers from my machine to other machines on the internet, especially the MS ones. So I play it safe and disable such functions. If you like, you can even disable these functions manually, by going through the System and checking or unchecking some checkboxes. This will take you approximately half an hour. But why wast time when a little neat utility can do the same in 1 minute? This utility was successfully tested by lots of users, and was found to disable all the known 'Suspicious' Functions in WindowsXP. It's customiseable, but comes up with the Default settings, which are recommended.
